Furthermore, this steak knife is a tribute to Renaud Lavillenie, a Clermont who broke the world record for the pole vault in 6.16 meters (in 2014). The Navette 6.16 steak knives 100% French manufacturing and pole vault are two emblems of the Puy-de-Dôme.

Moreover, the blade of this table knife is made with the very high quality X50CrMoV15 stainless steel. In fact, this steel gives the blade an excellent cutting edge performance and easy resharpening of the blades.

These knives, whose manufacture is signed Claude Dozorme, are 100% made in France in the workshops of the Master Cutler since 1902. Therefore, all the manufacturing steps are integrated internally in the workshops of the cutler, which guarantees knives craftsmanship, very high quality, 100% French. Indeed, all Claude Dozorme’s steak knives are manufactured in the respect of cutlery tradition.

Finally, the table knife Navette 6.16 is available in 3 colors: we find the handle in olive wood, and the handles in black or cream acrylic. The acrylic handles are dishwasher safe.
