Based at Thiers, the French cutlery capital situated in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes, the firm of Claude Dozorme has continued innovating for 100 years. A veritable pioneer from the point of view of his knife ranges as well as techniques of production, Claude Dozorme has been officially recognised as a Master Cutler.

In a permanent quest for durability Claude Dozorme regularly trains his employees in the ancestral as well as avant-garde techniques of knife fabrication. From laser cutting to hand polishing of knives, the watchword of his cutlery is modernised tradition.

Having rigorously selected the best materials, all Claude Dozorme knives are fabricated from A to Z in the factory situated in the Auvergne.
